Check-in & Refuel Score
A daily wellbeing score in one minute.
Motherhood takes energy. We help you refuel.
A care platform for mothers in the first year after birth. A one-minute daily check-in turns into priorities for the day, practical help from loved ones and professional support.

After birth, all attention goes to the baby. The mother coordinates her own recovery across 8–10 disconnected apps and chats. 1 in 6 mothers experience postpartum depression, and up to 40% of US mothers attend no postpartum visit.
Mommy Refuel is a care coordination layer built around the mother. One minute a day for a check-in — and the app suggests one focus for the day, helps ask a partner or family for help and prepares a short summary for the doctor. No diagnoses, full control over your data.
A one-minute check-in: sleep, mood, energy.
Refuel Score — a wellbeing score with no medical diagnosis.
One focus or priorities for today.
A help request to the care circle: for example, a partner takes the baby tonight.
In the evening the app asks whether it helped.
Over time — a symptom summary the mother edits and shows the doctor.
A daily wellbeing score in one minute.
A private assistant — consent only, never diagnoses.
Access for partner and family with permissions the mother sets — coming later.
A ready message to loved ones in one tap.
Symptom tracking and safe escalation to crisis resources.
The mother chooses what to share and exports a PDF.
Events, memories, cycle, pregnancy planning.
Check-in and status without opening the app.
The app is free today. Next comes a freemium subscription and a family tier, later specialist commissions, employer plans and insurer reimbursement in Germany. Prices are illustrative.
